IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
- Reporting Time: All participants must report 1 hour prior to the event time. If late, participation will not be considered.
- Mandatory Documents: All participating students must compulsorily carry their School ID Card and Aadhar Card at all times.
- Open Category Participants: Teachers must carry valid School ID Card; Parents must carry Aadhar Card & Child's School ID Card; College Students must carry College ID Card.
- Strict Discipline: All rules must be strictly obeyed. The school will not be responsible for disqualification due to violation of rules.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The school is not responsible for any loss.
- Theme Compliance: All cultural performances (Singing, Dance, Fancy Dress) must coincide strictly with the theme: "MAHARASHTRA-CHI-LOKDHARA". Any remix songs will lead to immediate disqualification.

Udaan Fest 2026-27 | 3-Day Interschool Mega Fiesta
Theme for this year: “MAHARASHTRA-CHI-LOKDHARA”
Theme-based songs and dance performances are mandatory for cultural events.
- Various inter school cultural & sports competitions on all 3 days such as:
- Science And Art Exhibition
- Mehendi Competition
- Singing Competition (Solo & Group, including Open Category for Parents, Teachers & College Students)
- Fancy Dress Competition
- Dance Competition (Solo & Group, including Open Category for Parents, Teachers & College Students)
- Kho-Kho
- Football
- Box cricket
- Karate Tournament
- Carrom Tournament
- Kabaddi Tournament
- Chess Tournament
- All the schools in Vasai Taluka will be participating.
- Various professionals / famous personalities from the respective fields of the above competitions will be judging the competitions at the event.
- Extra stage performances of famous personalities will happen during the event.
- Fun fair, stalls of refreshments and games stalls are put up by the children during the event.
- Display of outstanding science projects & art projects of students from different schools and colleges.
- Great meeting point to get together learn and enjoy to the fullest at the 3 day fiesta.
- Theme for this year: “MAHARASHTRA-CHI-LOKDHARA”
- Theme-based songs and dance performances are mandatory for cultural events.
- Invitations are extended to more than 150 schools and more than 800 students participate from the invited schools along with their teachers and parents.
- 2000 invitations are distributed to parents and schools principal, people from different political background, and famous personalities.
- More than 2000 people visit the school during the event.
- All participants receive participation certificate and winners receive medals and trophies.

- Last Date of Registration: 30th October 2026
